Customer Cancellations

Artist Cancellations

If an artist cancels a confirmed booking, the customer receives a full deposit refund within 3–5 business days.

No-Show Policy

If an artist fails to show up without prior notice, the customer receives a full refund and the artist account is reviewed.

Refund Processing

All refunds processed via original payment method through Razorpay. Processing time: 5–7 business days.

Email support@glamin.in with your booking reference number (starting with GL-). We respond within 24 business hours.
