GlamIn ("we", "us") is a makeup artist marketplace operating in Delhi NCR, India. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Phone number (for OTP verification), full name, location area, booking details, look brief information, and government ID documents (for artist identity verification only). ID documents are stored encrypted and never shared publicly.
To facilitate bookings between customers and makeup artists, verify artist identities, process payments via Razorpay, send booking notifications via SMS, and store portfolio photos via AWS.
We share data only with: Razorpay (payment processing), MSG91 (SMS notifications), AWS (file storage). We never sell your personal data to third parties.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. ID documents are stored in private encrypted storage accessible only to GlamIn admins for verification purposes.
You may request deletion of your account and data by emailing us. We process deletion requests within 7 business days.
